Seriously. We're sitting here banging away at graphics for a new proposal, using the same ol' "Arial, no smaller than 8 point" rule we've been using on proposals for three years. Nobody noticed the RFP said "Times New Roman, 10pt, including graphics." So one of the proposal team sends some charts back marked "Wrong font." Go back, re-lay-out the first 8 charts... And then they complain when the timeline chart has to be a turn-page (landscape) 'cause there's no FRAKKIN' way to make it 6.4" wide at 10pt. Y'all wonder why this shit is in my brain all the time!
