Its a mungfish. What you do is you roast a turkey INSIDE the head of a mungfish, it really blends the flavor nicely.

Why stop there? Cook a whole side of beef inside that thing.

I googled Mungfish and came up with nothing. WTF is a "Mungfish"

It's really, really cool looking, that's what that thing is.

I was thinking it was a coelacanth, it's certainly large enough, but the fins are different. And I don't think coelacanths don't live anywhere near here or Europe...
