Vanmanic here. I haven't been on in a month or so, I moved my 'puter setup into the den and the Box is in the living room. I just haven't moved it, or actually I'm considering a wireless setup for it. I expect to get it up and functioning again next week.
I will as soon as I go in next week. I'm still pretty green on there, as well as I've done pathetically all things considered. How about NFS, been over to their servers? Same tag there.
Yes, but I haven't played online much because the ranking system is shit at matching me with people around my own skill level (ie: good for someone who doesn't eat/sleep/shit Halo 2 and can't aim a sniper rifle without the scope in less than a second). I'm matthunter431 on Live.

alright, click Y then find my name (ATrouserSnake69) click it, then click "Send Party Invite" wait in the pregame lobby and don't start the countdown because nobody can join then. If you go into the game options menu and press X, you can set it to invite only or closed meaning only people you or others invite in can join, or closed meaning nobody can join. next time I send an "Inv After" message I mean "When you get back to the pregame lobby send me an invite"
You should be perfect as an opponent for me then (ask Foil how crap I am) - get Scruff to join in and we can gang up on Darkening.

I edited my last post, it was mainly aimed at Matt and Foil. Question for you all: I don't have gold membership atm. If both Scruff and I want to go on via the same machine (can we even do that) do we need two seperate gold memberships or will one suffice?
um, you can play as a guest, but guests can't talk. Also, you can't play ranked games with a guest (There is unranked matchmaking)
Only played the halo 3 beta about 7 times (30mins each time) just didn't grab me at all, had more fun with gears of war when i had it.
The beta didn't impress me at first either, and I was a little disapointed, even tho I knew it was beta. But the more I played, the more in love I fell with Bungie and Halo and Master Chief all over again. I love the Man Cannon, the Mongoose, the bubble shield the new spike grenades, the beautiful maps and interaction with the snow and water. Anyway, maybe we can play sometime-I'm not that good as I play mostly for fun-but it would be cool to play w/ y'all.
I'm sure halo 3 will be fun to play on single player, it's just with me i don't find console games fun to play online I'm used to fighting 64 peeps at the same time with the PC. Fighting with 8..just seems a little empty.
