Of course you do. . Frazier is set in Seattle. The other two are set in New York. I did kinda like the one with Helen Hunt though. And Hank Azaria’s “with all due respect, Mrs. Buchman” cracked me up every time.
Seinfeld was great, but there are some episodes that did not age well and probably wouldn't be made today. I'm surprised UA isn't a bigger fan of those problematic episodes.
You could be on to something, but I posit that How I Met Your Mother is better than Friends and Seinfeld and I enjoyed NPH's antics as Barney Stinson so how does that affect the calculus?

I never saw Seinfeld first-run, mainly because I worked nights for most of that time. Since then I think I've seen most, if not all of the episodes a few times each in syndication. I don't really watch network sitcoms (the only exception in the last 20 years being Modern Family, and I gave up on it before it ended).
I never did like seinfeld, but I think it was because I knew those people in NY and was sick of them. Besides, if I wanted a reunion I would go back. I am sure those people are all still there. I do not need to wait for TV to do it.

I did like Barney as well. Go ahead and laugh, but I did like Friends when it aired. As well as Mad About You. I still enjoy and episode of Big Bang Theory on occasion and am patiently waiting the next season of Young Sheldon. And I fucking hate Texas.
