    Damn... I didn't even realize she was 85. :(

The article also has a mistake, it has her last appearance in 1991 in ST-VI, she was in the Flashback episode of Voyager in 1996.

 I had no idea she was that age. She certainly didn't look it. Would have pegged her at least a decade younger, particularly given the very bad things she survived before she got well.

Met her once. Gracious lady, bubbly and warm. I hope she went peacefully. :salute:

Wow, she was older than Shatner and Nimoy.

What always surprised me about her is how few episodes she was actually in. Just six iirc. But man did she have screen presence. Beautiful woman, and somebody who helped so many after finally finding a way to help herself.

In her appearances in the movies it was obvious she was older than Shatner. She also benefited in the series from the practice of filming the women in "soft focus" in close ups.

There was no "soft focus" when I met her IRL in 2000. She didn't look older than 60-something.

She was a good-looking woman and I'd say she always looked good for her age. Here's a pic from the mid-80s.
