.. and the windows are FINALLY frozen solid. At last we have managed to drop below zero degrees farienheit. Wintertime has finally fallen upon us.
9 degrees right now according to my Desktop Weather Watcher. I'm not gonna open any windows to confirm this. Brr.
I'm phuqing hosed. I didn't pack until the last minute yesterday. Sort of a moot point anyhow, as my cold-weather clothes are largely in storage but... I'm stuck in a hotel in DC with a trenchcoat that I somehow failed to pack the liner for and a lightly lined fake suede jacket. And for the past 10 months or so I've been living in 80+ degree weather. For the past couple months of that I've been out riding, wearing a heavy leather motorcycle jacket. I'm freezing my balls off. I'm also highly disappointed with the hotels in Arlington. They're all way overpriced for what you get. I'd much rather stay at a place down in Woodbridge. But that's another screed for another time.
At first I thought the thread title was supposed to read "Yes...it is (pause) 4 degrees outside" but then I realized you meant negative 4 and now I am done with this post.
Partly sunny and 46, but I still wore my leather jacket this morning because it was cold. Around 30 or so.
