The irony about this sort of fear mongering is that Americans have been leaving records of where they are in private locations for more than fifty years -- many of the places ominously portrayed in that video such as medical centers and liquor stores already keep detailed transaction records. Then there's the cell phone. I'm not too worried about people taking pictures of my license plate in public when I already leave a huge trail of activities with all manner of different organizations. That Pandora's box started to open before most of us were born.
