    Basically it is the best the city can come up with a NIMBYs with $5 million homes in nice areas block such housing in their neighborhoods. Essentially they have really nice neighborhoods and great neighborhood schools and they don't want that fucked up so the only solution is to find a run down area and try to pack that area so as to meet the state mandates.

    On the upside the area targeted is next to downtown so it is a logical choice for high density redevelopment. They are tearing down shacks wearhouses from the 1920's and putting up multiuse high rises.

    How bout the millions and millions of voters who supported Trump over Hillary although they didn't think most of that would ever really happen?

    Obamacare will be out (the 2 very minor provisions notwithstanding). Taxes and regulation production will go down.

    They all have to stay low key until Trump's inauguration because Obama can still do a whole lot of damage. If he starts flinging pardons like they were Halloween candy then it could cause all sorts of legal complexities down the road.

    Depends. My guess is, as Nate Silver predicted on The Daily Show, that Trump will go with what polling tells him is popular. So "fuckheads", or as we refer to them "people who actually think with their brains not their dicks", need to outpoll the actual twats.
