I'm just holding your credits for you. I was gonna hold 'em and let 'em earn some interest for you instead of watching you just blow 'em on galactic expansion, but if you really want 'em back, you can have 'em
I have created a completely defenseless, but fully populated world, in Sector 1500. I encourage all the great powers in the galaxy to join me in doing the same, in that sector, so that we may monitor each other's intentions and abilities. The time is for peace. Those who join me there, shall never see my sword except in defense of my native lands.
I'm in. In addition to Elwood's promised contributions, I will also give 1 trillion credits to any new player.
Well, I built a planet in 1500, but I didn't know that adding a base would turn it into a war zone. Any way to fix this? Edit: Bleh, I'll just destroy it and build a new one. Not that expensive.
I'm pretty sure there's a joke about crazy Vulcans here somewhere . . . [edit]Well, gee, I'm glad I got solbumped into Sector XX before I got stupid and tried to zip through without looking ahead. Now when I forget and try it anyway, I'll know my own stupidity is to blame.
Bailey, I'm not very pleased with you scanning three of my worlds. My planet in Sector 1500 is there for you to scan any time you like if you want to assess my threat level. Please cease and desist immediately.
If someone had paid you 95 trillion credits to scan my worlds, I wouldn't be complaining. Still doesn't change that you're scanning everyone else. I wouldn't have said anything if it was just me, but you're exhibiting a troubling pattern of behavior. Besides, Elwood was my ally long before you were.
Actually, wouldn't the fact I am scanning everyone suggest that you don't have anything to worry about? You have made a point this game of boasting about how you know everyones sectors, and scanning the worlds therein, so you can't start complaining now. Also, how much money you got paid to scan them is totally irrelevant to me. I didn't see any of those credits so to me it doesn't make any difference whether you did it for a fee, or just because you heard one of the planets was having a clearance sale on those womens panties your ship goes through a surprising number of.
Bailey, perhaps you misunderstood the words in my above post. You have scanned or attempted to scan planets of mine outside of sector 1500 at least 18 times over the last few days, including nearly 10 failed attempts to scan me, and you have destroyed nearly 5 billion of my mines in the process. I, and others, have provided you with a way to scan our planets without requiring you to deflect any mines, and without annoying us, yet you do not seem content with this arrangement and decided to scan others as well. If you choose not to use the information provided to you in sector 1500, and instead venture elsewhere to scan my property, I will become greatly annoyed and may even interpret your actions as hostile. The others, of course, are welcome to interpret your actions however they wish, though it may be considered unwise by some to provoke three of the strongest players during a time of mutually beneficial peace.
And now you destroy 300 million of my fighters and leave yourself parked in my space? [action=Timmy]sighs[/action] I attack your ship knowing full well that you won't be destroyed and not as a sign of hostility, but that you have at least one emergency warp device which will be used to help show you the way out of my system.
Yeah, first time I should have been able to get through but didn't, and the second time I decided to try sneaking past with a completely level 1 ship.
Bailey, for attacking Timmy you are hereby expelled from the Old Ones. Take care in your travels, for Hazzard space offers you no sanctuary. Edit: I captured and destroyed Bailey's planet in 1500 because it registered as 'unowned' and I thought he was dead. Sorry about that.
Maybe next time you "confiscate" the colonists and $ and hold them on your own planet(s), to be returned if and when the owner shows up to claim them, and don't destroy the planet, hmm?
I took the money, he can have the 50 billion if he wants. The planet was unoccupied, and the news headline said 'James Kirk Dead'. How was I supposed to know it was only temporary? Worlds only default to unowned if you're dead, supposedly.
