Congress makes the laws. The executive enforces the laws. The judicial only interprets them. Do you have any idea how our constitution works or are you going to continue to make up functions of the government to support some sort of "point"?

He should either support her being prosecuted, or publicly admit that his previous statements were full of fail and that incarcerating tens of thousands of people for drug use is idiotic and counterproductive, much like many people already realise.

I think you heard wrong. You would need forensic evidence in order to meet the criminal law test of beyond reasonable doubt.

Anywho, this just ads fuel to my theory that rich, powerful people are no better than any of us. Money buys you better things....and that's all it does. But here are some good excuses for his daughter:

1. It was powder from a donut.

2. She was doing research for a story she plans to publish soon.

3. It was a joke to be put on Youtube. The clip failed to show the
Roomba riding kittens or the belching babies that appear later.

4. It was her evil twin, trying to make her look bad.

5. She doesn't use coke, she only likes the smell.

She kinds looks like a girl I know.
