Now Tamar will start a thread so that everyone can come in and pour love and support on her. Now her life will be fulfilled. We don't actually need to read to the end of this thread to figure out the direction it will go.

I seem to remember when I suggested (long before I was a mod) that the members should choose the mods I was told, quite vehemently, by a certain Tamar Garish that it was a bad idea.

I believe what was said was that a sizeable chunk had, and that should raises questions about your effectiveness as a mod and whether or not your position was tenable if a chunk of members had had enough.

Remember, it was you who said that modding wasn't done by popularity vote.

Tamar, irregardless of whether you need an ego boost or not, you've done a lot for WF. The place wouldn't be the same without you.

While I disagree with Tamar's personal stances on some board issues, I haven't seen much bleed over into modding. Nothing fireworthy at least.

I never called for any such vote. This thread is entire Tamar's ego excercise.

All I said was that if she had lost quite a few members, at least 8 or 9, then she needs to ask herself whether or not she is effective in her role and whether or not that loss and dissatisfaction has harmed her credibility.
