It did not mean do fuck all until one of the mods starts getting upset because he is getting questioned and then start a knee-jerk poll as a result. I would expect that if the mods were actually paying attention then poll swould not be slely reactionary. It takes more than one person to improve. Despite iot not being the reason I came back, the only reason I havw not yet left again is that I do actually see more balance to the board, which in itself is an improvement. It's blatant trolling. It's a PM that is unrequested and it is sent so that at some point down the line he can act like a spotless little shit by going "I asked him what was wrong (which he actually hasn't) and he didn't say anything".
