Even if he had a copyright case (which he doesn't - implied consent being the issue for him), the first step would be for his lawyer to send what we call in England a letter before action. If anything the fact that we are repeatedly acknowledging that he took them means that his rights of onwership are being upheld. I can't believe I am even having this discussion to be honest, they're photos of himself that he took on his smartphone with Instagram FFS. Hardly artistic works like Dan's pictures. No fucker would ever pass them off as their's anyhow.

Yeah. We all saw what he did before. The same screaming, insane threats over his writing being posted at TK, under his own handle, attributed to him. Howling to have it taken down. He then made several duals of supposed lawyers to come in an post a bunch of threats too. It was so obviously him it wasn't funny. He was going to ruin Storm, he was going to ruin me and he was going to destroy TBBS and TK for it all. Storm seems to be thriving, TBBS and TK are still around, I have my problems but they have nothing to do with him. If he means what he did to Wong? Yeah...I know he holds grudges forever. Part of this behavior probably stems from 2002. But the ways he made Wong suffer only worked due to Wong's stupidity and over-reaction.
