“You” is not a concept, it’s a plural second person pronoun, emphasis on “person”. Dude may hate a construct too, but that’s not what he says here. There are any number of ways to say that he hates the construct. But “I hate you” isn’t one of them.

If it was just talking about white culture than why bring up DNA? This is a person who didn't want to come out and openly say, "White people have to be killed" but the implication is there in the paper.
