Except for the obvious. I feel empathy for other people and I have a conscience. There are many things I simply will not do due to moral beliefs.

You forgot choking out a shoplifter and manhandling an old man dying of cancer.

You forgot that

1) choking the shoplifter was after being directly ordered to stop the shoplifter by the boss who was on duty.
2) the term "manhandling" did not mean physical force. Not to mention that the lawyer I referred to did not have cancer at that point (at least not to my knowledge). It was two years later in another hearing that I found out he had cancer (then). And after his daughter (also a lawyer) kicked my ass in that hearing, I shook his hand and sincerely wished him the best.
