Well, that’s interesting. The allegations in the superseding indictment makes the most sense if that guy was a cooperating witness but if he’s getting a target letter, then who told the DOJ about everything?

Based on things that a friend of mine who helped design and install the video surveillance system for an area that had to be secure enough for POTUS told me years ago, I'm betting there's some real interesting stuff that's going to come out. The Feds know all the details about that stuff, down to like the serial numbers on the individual chips in some cases. You and I, if we knew some of the details, might be able to fuck that shit up so that can't see what happened, but I wouldn't put too large of a bet on it. I mean, the data recovery stuff they did on Columbia was fucking amazing, and that was almost 20 years ago now. If we've heard all of what they attempted, then calling it "amateur hour" is an overstatement. So, it may well have been video evidence that led to the target letter.

I love that this new asshole has his friends and family coming out and saying he has nothing to do with Trump. You do not talk to the IT guy someplace else if you are not being shady and trying to do something wrong. He knew he was doing something wrong when he asked for this, which is why he asked the tech in whatever room he asked him in. Also, if you were to need the IT guy to do something you send him a ticket or email request. This way you can track it.

This new guy is trying to pretend he is a little guy, and the news seems to be pitching that idea for the moment too.

We all know that White people are only real victims of racism these days. The local prosecutors in NY and Georgia are blackety-blackety-black, so only one thing can explain why they would bring charges against him. There is abundant evidence that Trump committed the crimes with which he has been or may be charged in those jurisdictions under the applicable legal standards. They racist.

Jack Smith passes the lighter-than-a-brown-paper-bag test, so the explanation for why he is prosecuting Trump is also simple. He also has abundant evidence of criminality, as corroborated by cooperating witnesses, objective reality, Trump's own statements captured on tape and on his social media and in at least one case confirmed by a grand jury. He's deranged and also he's a tool of Joe Biden.

The case has been assigned to Judge Tanya Chutkan, who was born in Jamaica.

Paragraph 81 is the most impactful I've seen. The White House counsel told Trump there is no world in which he remains President. And if he tries there will be riots in every city. One of Trump's conspirators said 'That's what the insurrection act is for.' So they were going to roll the tanks. They had already started the process of removing people and replacing them with unqualified Trump partisans in the military and intelligence.
