    No, I can insist that nazis are bad people, while still pointing out the fact that you cannot initiate violence against someone just for offending you, that if you do it anyway and get your ass stomped, arrested or both, you are not a "victim." I would say the same of christers attacking people at abortion clinics. You initiate violence, you are the aggressor and those consequences are yours to enjoy.

    But somehow that all filters through your diseased, dishonest brain as "He loves nazis and will be their human shield."

    If you thought Alito's legal reasoning was bizarre ... well, a Trump appointee on the 5th Circuit is giving him a run for his money.

    “It’s well established that, if a plaintiff has ‘concrete plans’ to visit an animal’s habitat and view that animal, that plaintiff suffers aesthetic injury when an agency has approved a project that threatens the animal,” Ho wrote, citing a long list of environmental opinions from the Supreme Court and other federal appeals courts.

    “Unborn babies are a source of profound joy for those who view them,” he continued. “Expectant parents eagerly share ultrasound photos with loved ones. Friends and family cheer at the sight of an unborn child. Doctors delight in working with their unborn patients — and experience an aesthetic injury when they are aborted.”​

    That's right, ladies. Some people enjoy looking at ultrasounds, so you are obligated to use your wombs to generate more ultrasounds for them to delight over. If you don't, you are inflicting an "aesthetic injury" on them.

    The issue has nothing to do with divorce or even abortions. The purpose of these laws is to ensure a large number of poor people. That more poor people there are, the more corporations control wages.

    That’s the issue.
