    Cool.

Out of the games covered in part one, the only one I remember playing is the arcade version where you blow up the DS. I was living Down Under during most of those years and never had an Atari 2600.

Neat to watch, though. Gawd, video games have come a way, haven't they? :soma:

Very cool. That brought back a lot of memories. I played almost all of the games shown growing up, except for that crappy looking lightsaber game and the vector TESB game. I probably played the 2600 TESB one most at various friends houses. The local airport had the DS game in one of the terminals up until a few years ago. My brother and I used to play that every time we went to the airport.

Can't wait to see the rest of this series. Their Zelda, Metroid and Final Fantasy retrospectives are pretty good, as well.

Wow. Another whole slew of SW I never knew existed, except for the arcade game which is still around.

I look forward to part three with all the LEC classics. :techman:

Episode III is up for viewing.

Out of all those games, the only one I ever actually played was the Star Wars Pod Racer game... which actually wasn't too bad.

But this crop of games just aren't as memorable... probably cuz of the weak setting.

Looking forward to the next segment, covering my two favorite Star Wars games... X-Wing and TIE Fighter for the PC.

I thought Republic Commando was a lot of fun. Being a badass squad of Clones was kick-ass.

They need to get to the good stuff already. X-wing series, DF series, and KOTOR.

IMHO, X-Wing was the height of Star Wars video gaming up until KOTOR.

God X-Wing, Tie Fighter, and X-Wing: Alliance were pure awesome. Nothing like snapping of a torpedo at a bomber and then switching to lasers and one-shoting a Tie Fighter. Or weaving through the battle as a fragile Tie Fighter and destroying Rebel Scum.
