She's pretty much screwed unless she has a goodly amount of money, and for something this public even that might not help her. Indian society, while more liberal towards women than most other Asian societies, isn't exactly pro-woman, even acting in self defense. I expect that she's going to be locked up for life and probably abused by the guards.
