I'll give TBBS credit...

The week we spent over there while Wrodforge was down was very enjoyable. I didn't really see the Mods bugging anybody. I didn't get hassled. I had a good time over there.

I have to say, in all honesty, we have some really great mods in frontline and possum, borgs I don't interact with a whole lot, but he's always seemed like he's pretty fair in there.

They did give us our own subforum in TNZ. That was nice. And Frontline is a TNZ mod. I expect him to act like a sensible human being. The other two mods are ridiculous quaggledouches and I have no opinion of them.

Well, they are trying to prove that they're not the douchebags we say they are.

And, truth be known, they have changed lately.

Except in Misc. Those mods are douchebags.

Sometimes they really can be.

I started hanging around more over there a couple of months ago until Borgminister deleted this photo:

Frontline is good people, I always forget he's a mod on another site. Seems more than a few TBBS mods post on WF, everybody is welcome I just didn't know or I forgot who is who on TBBS.

Like I posted there, sincere thanks for giving us a place to hang out while our board was down.

If only they'd stop banning me.

Hey Face atleast you weren't banned just because someone you knew hacked the BR. I made the mistake of laughing about it in public and Christian banned me for life just for being a TK member.

Here's what my permaban notice said when I went to log-in a month ago this morning:

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reasons specified

Date ban will be lifted: Never

And with NO warnings or nothing beforehand either. Phucked up & downright WEIRD
Some mods over there have a complex.

I have a huge-arse thread on TrollKingdom.net about it on their Godforsaken Hellholes board.

My permaban is downright bizarre & executed in a guerrilla sniper fashion.

I also give TBBS credit for banning your worthless ass.

You're riding the rebel wave right now. There will come a point where you'll just be angry and bitter. You seem far too connected to let go completely, as evidence by your username, user title, location, accusation of mod abuse and incessant need to bring up your permaban. I would be surprised if you haven't tried to contact Bonz already about getting back in.

TBBS is like a woman who is constantly pissed about something, but never says anything, and then flips on you and is all like, "You never listen" and you're like, "WTF? Woman you never said anything?!"

What? "Lose face"? Bonz has let lots of permabanned members back in, and she admits mistakes when she makes them. If you haven't contacted her, then you have no idea what's going on. Who knows, it could have been an accident, or she could have had a good reason. If you don't contact her, you won't know, and all you'll have are assumptions, and you know what you make with assumptions? You make a post in the gray room about being banned for no reason. Seriously, talk to Bonz and find out what's going on. Otherwise you could be ranting for nothing. If you don't contact her, then it's obvious you just enjoy playing the victim. Like I said, you're still in rebellious stage, "ha! I don't need them!", but that will change.

Well to be fair, most of the people I know who were let back in were actually permabanned under someone else's watch (ie: Lisa) - not hers. I don't know of anyone SHE personally permabanned and let back in.

But I fully admit that I don't keep up with Trekbbs activities anymore. I probably know less than 1 percent of the people she's let back in.

The flipside of the coin is that I hope she's not just permabanning people right and left then changing her mind and letting them all come back a week later. That would be poor management as well.

I still think permabanning outside the normal warning system is a mistake, and kind of breaks the circle of trust you should try to establish with the people who are taking the time out of their day to visit your site. But eh, whatever... I look forward to the day that place closes for good.
