Water Doth Pour Down Like a Waterfall From My Upstairs Neighbor's House Into Mine Laundry Room

It doth dirty two loads of clean clothes that were upon mine drier. It also doth pisseth me off that I have to wait for the "on call" feller from the apartment to come here when I was supposed to be on the road to Huntsville 1 hour ago. Has it not been said: "On call person, on call person, wherefore art thou on call person?"

Make your neighbor reimburse you for emotional distress. Lawsuits have been brought on much shakier grounds, dear. ;)

Forget the clothes, there's probably something horribly wrong with your building if that's happening.

    I suggest moving.

    Dynamite the neighborhood.

But first, try reversing the polarity. :bergman:

Find the sympathetic frequency of the building - that's how to do it with style. ;)

Remember that woman who sued McDonald's over a cup of McD's coffee she spilled on herself?

    Talk about frivolous lawsuits:rolleyes:

If that woman can sue McD's on such ludicrous grounds, A83 most certainly can sue upstairs neighbors &/or his buildings PTB over this.

Dude, I'm pretty sure she had fourth degree burns, or worse.

That coffee wasn't even safe to drink.

Stella Liebeck had a valid case.

My memory of that case isn't too good:bang:

That situation was considerably worse than I remembered:o:

Lesson here: I should've GOOGLED the McD's case before talking about it:tactfulsilence:

The media hyped it as a frivolous case when in fact it was not. It was, however, the beginning of many ACTUAL frivolous cases.

Re: Water Doth Pour Down Like a Waterfall From My Upstairs Neighbor's House Into Mine Laun

I thought there were memos involved... I actually wrote about it in my post. There was something about how they were sending memos around to all the McDonalds about turning the temp down and them being ignored... I couldn't find anything about it in my two minutes of research tonight, so I just left that part out.
