Seriously - I'm watching a History Channel show about the FBI versus John Dillinger, Bonny + Clyde, etc.

Rather than just wringing their hands and risking their fellow officers get killed (by playing nice) the FBI said "screw this."

They set up ambushes and killed the bad guys right in front of God + everybody!

No risky attempt to apprehend, no long costly trials + prison sentences, none of that. Make a positive ID on the targets and eliminate them, period.

So....once a criminal gets on the "most wanted list" for violent crimes, tack along a "shoot on sight" order.

If the cops kill the wrong person, they are charged with murder.
This way you bet your ass the cops won't just get trigger happy.

If you kill any of the bad guys accomplices (even if they themselves are not "most wanted") and it's proven that they were indeed involved in criminal activity with their more notorious cohorts, you will not be charged....but not rewarded either, lest we kill everyone involved, which could get out of hand. The other bad guys will be considered merely collateral damage.

We as a nation want to get tough on crime? Let's take things to the next level on the "worst of the worst" among us.

The criminals have danced long enough....time to pay the piper!

    I agree with you fully.

There is no reason this can't be done with Predators and Reapers though!

Crybaby leftists won't let it happen. They want society to be just as screwed up as they feel about themselves.

    Otherwise, I agree 100%.

Yes, let's get rid of that pesky due process.

Due process is for when you catch 'em. If they won't let you catch them, you have to kill them.

Unless you support criminals. Are you a criminal supporter, FrigjolMalo?

Let's hope for your sake that political dissidents never make it on the most wanted list. As much as you guys go on about the government having too much power (and being incompotent on top of that), I'm surprised that you think it's okay for them to kill you before you've even had a trial.

Wouldn't a "kill on sight" order be a form of "bill of attainder", which is outlawed by the U.S. Constitution?

They are sure not killing me before a trial....because I never did enough fucked-up shit to get on the Most Wanted list!

If this hard for you to understand? To get on the list means you are a violent, unrepentant menace to society. You had your chance to function in society, and it's not your cup of tea.

Thus, why put everyone at risk? Why wait for you to kill again - why arrest + sentence you so you can kill the prison guards? The guards just want to go home alive at the end of their shift.

Since prison cannot guarantee anyone's safety, you as a Most Wanted are really a threat whose time has come. Fuck violent criminals...they want to break the rules, let them risk paying the ultimate price.

When I was in the military I knew people were doing their best to kill me - so that's the risk I took. Hopefully I'll do my job better than they will.

Criminals choose crime, they shouldn't be given any quarter since they obviously haven't given others any.

Can't agree with you on this one, it goes against everything this country is supposed to stand for.
