Cranberry sauce as in the jellied type in a can....? My family like this bland version - but the best is the type with whole cranberries. It can be overwhelmingly tart, so of course sugar added as needed makes it awesome! They grew cranberries where I lived in Wisconsin as a teen. I had an Ocean Spray farm about a mile from my house. Of course you could buy bags of whole cranberries in all the grocery stores and make them into whatever you want.
It's the only one I know (bland version,) but it's not a berry you'd think would make a good spread on poultry.
Wow, it was cold and wet and crappy and my entire family was sick. But it was still nice to see everyone! And it was nice to pass out afterwards! LOL. Hope everyone could be with their family and loved ones, or at least were making double time if you had to work!
