got a gel seat and padded biker shorts and not only did I stay on the bike the entire hour, I peddled the entire hour. And, if you're going "so what" ..., ... you're not a 46 year old, overweight, out-of-shape-hasn't-done-jack-shit-in-the-15-years-she's-been-out-of-the-military, woman. But, I am and I say "Bite my big fat ass!!"
I'm not saying "So what?"...then again, I'm a 46-year-old, overweight, out-of-shape, hasn't-done-jack-for-years-and-was-never-in-the-military dude. So good for you!
Screw that... hemaroids suck! But I'm a 40 year old who's still in the same shape as he was in college... (well, not withthe same endurance...)
The gel seat might end up giving you more problems than solving them, but with chamois I think you can avoid that. The usual reason for avoiding gel seats is that they shift around way to much and actually cause more rubbing. How's this going for you?
