Considering the difference between what Calderon said to Congress and what he said to Wolf Blitzer and, in fact, what his country's policies on the subject are, he's the hypocrite. It's obvious he's sold his soul to Obama for some future promised goodies. It's a shame he doesn't remember the history of some of Obama's other "allies" such as Jeremiah Wright, et. al. The Democrats know they're going to get their clocks cleaned in November so they're going to push hard for immigration "reform" between now and then while they can bulldoze the issue like they did with their version of healthcare "reform". I guarantee you this is going to get really ugly, really quickly.

Despite what you may think, the US is not the world's police, nor have we any right to tell any nation to shape up and fuck off. Let me put it in a context of a story: There's a neighborhood with mixed housing, a few high-class mansions, a good handful of middle-class homes, and the rest, comprising oh say half the neighborhood, are lower class homes. Some are shitholes, some are barely holding it together but otherwise have their act together for their situation, but they're all rundown eyesores compared to rest of the neighborhood. The middle class residents does what they can to help out, but are largely tied to tending to their own affairs. The upper class residents, particularly those from the most affluent mansion, spends their time telling the lower class what shitholes they live in, that they need to clean up their act, and get off the streets of the mansions. Meanwhile, they employ the lower class and some of the middle class and treat them like shit; their children are dumb rich fucks because they simply throw cash at them. And that's not to mention the poor redheaded-stepchild living there. But they've 'earned' the right to tell others to fuck off because they have the money and kept the middle class from taking over the neighborhood in a coup. The lower class residents know they're living in abject shitty conditions. They have no money to fix things up. They're sick of the rich bastards telling them what to do and from employing them, even though they're desperate and will take any job to fix up their house. So whenever a rich bastard goes down their street on their bike, they get jumped and subjected to the squallor. That rich SOB might not make it back to his street. They tell their rich neighbors to fuck off, that their own houses aren't in order, sometimes fully aware that they are hypocrites, but not really giving a shit about it. So tell me, Garm -- You're the owner of one of these lower class houses. I own the biggest mansion of this neighborhood. My children are worthless shits, my redhead-stepchild is treated as such; my servants, maids and such are underpaid. You know all of this, and here I am, telling you to shape up, fuck off and clean up your act. How do you react?
Tell the dumb poor people that they are dumb and poor, go to school, stop having children, better themselves individually and strive to be as rich as the upper class. Not let "the man" keep 'em down.

I think that could actually go a long way to dealing with our immigration problem... and I'm not keen for a war against Mexico for a number of reasons. But, if the southern border were with Belize and Guatemala, I can see the US having an easier time managing illegals, because suddenly (well, not suddenly, maybe), the standard of living through the Mexican states would rise as we'd pour money in to upgrade their infrastructure, mandate building codes, social services (ha), etc. If given a choice on invading Iraq or Mexico, I'd choose Mexico. If all the beaners really want to be in the US, we take the US to them. Until that happens, though, Calderon needs to shut his pie about Arizona's law and fix up his immigration shit if he wants to bitch.
