    From the Wikipedia article:

    Am I reading this right? The construction is being paid for not with cash, but with 75-100 acres of land valued at $27 million?

    If I am reading it correctly -- and if the sentence is itself correct, which I realize is questionable -- then what does North Korea want with a whole bunch of land in Senegal?
