What I find creepy is how well Huckabee is doing.

Huckabee would push for a Constitutional Amendment codifying the Ten Commandments.

Fortunately he wouldn't have the slightest chance of ever succeeding, but just the thought of a guy like that in the White House makes me cringe about as much as the current occupent does.

    That conclusion is unsound.

This poll means that Fox viewers would prefer other Republican candidates to Palin. However it is entirely possible (and very likely in my view) that Fox viewers are more sympathetic to Republicans generally, and thus in the event of a Palin nomination would still lend greater support to Palin than non-viewers would.

If you were to include Democrats and others in the question, this would be borne out.

It's a fine description of the poll.

Okay, the poll lists three types of FOXNews viewers, "Regular, Occasional and Non." The regular viewers preferred Palin even less than the folks who never watch FOXNews. Turns out the occasional viewers prefer her most of all.

Perhaps you missed this bit hidden at the top of the poll:

"That bit" is precisely the reason Nova's comment is not accurate. You don't seem to have understood my post.

If that were true McCain probably would be president.

Because consevatives would be "sympathetic" and would vote for McCain because she was his pick for VP. Apparently, that didnt work.
I dont think consevatives went out in droves and voted for McCain because he wasnt popular enough, or seen as consevative enough. IMNSHO
To me, Palin is more like a perky cheerleader for consevatives in the GOP than an actual leader.

Meh, I have no love for the Palin. Or Fox News, really. My pipe dream of intelligent politicians and boring, hard news will most likely never be realized. :ohboy:

So if you ask a different question you'd get a different answer?

Thanks for that info pal. You're my hero.

    Neither...probably mocking would be closest.

If Palin were the nominee in 2012 would i vote for her? Probably. Barry is so VERY bad that my normal "vote for a third" practice would be a bit insincere (not that Obama is ever going to carry MS anyway)

But I definitely won't be voting for her in the primaries. I don't think she is stupid but she does have gaps in her information and is unpolished. i think if she were to dedicate herself she could be a fine candidate and an above average president - in 10 years or so.

    But not now.

As for fox, my views are well stated on that.

You'd get an answer showing that the conclusion that you've drawn here is wrong, seeing as it doesn't follow from answer either.
