Sweet merciful Jesus, 15 minutes since Chester has posted. It appears he has logged off and left us.

Gentlemen, we have surely failed the children of Edmonton tonight.

Don't forget who you are talking to. Raytard seems to think he knows something about the US.

That you equate using urban lingo in the same league as rudely insulting someone during the middle of the state of the union address is pretty telling about where you lie on the political axis.

If you think that I have any heroes in government, you're dumber than I previously believed, which says quite a bit actually.

I don't "equate" them, dumbass. I only said they're all unacceptable.

Oh I can read just fine.

You said that using urban lingo made you more sick than the other two events.

Apparently it's comprehension that's the struggle for you.

The "that's real, yo" made me sick because it's a transparent attempt to sound "cool." The insults hurled in anger, though unacceptable, are at least understandable with a basic understanding of human nature.

See? They're not at all "equal" as you claimed I said.

    :jayzus:

A black guy probably wouldn't say suck my cock. He would say suck my dick. That's real, yo.

"Cock" can actually mean pussy in black slang. :wtf:

Nerve? I didn't start the thread complaining about Congresspeople using "improper" lingo, nor did I start calling people butt hurt. I think you might just be projecting as usual.

Not a black thing at all - it's a hoodlum thing. Like the convict wearing pants down because he has no belt. Plenty of white lowlifes (a/k/a pissed off redneck white trash) are indistinguishable in behavior. And people who want to emulate low lifes will copy it, like my 12-year-old nephew. It's understandable for children. And I guess for lovers of children.

Don't you think it's telling that they talked the same way in a movie designed to make fun of idiots, Idiocracy? Cos, yo, that keeping it real.

Fuck decorum and propriety. But if my kid talked that way as an adult he'd get a kick in the teeth (metaphoric or actual, it would depend). But what am I saying, a kid with a decent upbringing would know better.

Really? I would think they're more like to need an ID to purchase cigarettes and beer. Statistically speaking.

I thought this was about the esteemed gentleman from Georgia expressing himself on the House floor, not some hypothetical "hoodlum" addressing a hypothetical audience.

    My apologies, yo.

You mean because they drink and smoke?

Or that they steal a lot of wallets so should have plenty of IDs?

    You said earlier...

And there are many answers. The first being you have to prove your eligibility to even have that right. First, you have to be a citizen of the precinct in which you're trying to vote. Second, you have to be of eligible age. Third, you have to prove that you haven't already voted in the current election.

It works the same for exercising your second amendment rights as well. They don't allow minors to purchase weapons or ammunition so an ID is required to verify age.
