http://photoblog.msnbc.msn.com/_new...ore-opens-in-korea-caters-to-smartphone-users This is so damn cool! I'd loved to have this tonight while I was out for groceries. Pushing around a cart with two wheels barely working was a real drag, not to mention loading, unloading, reloading, and unloading everything after shopping. Why is it Asian countries are the first to get this shit? America brags about being the best country in the world, having the best of everything, but in reality, it seems they only have the best military in the world. It's by no means the worst, but I get sick of seeing all the cool shit come out of Japan and Korea first.
Meh, if you want to do that just shop online. Companies already have websites and you can use your smart phone so why bother paying for fake shops?
Correction: America also has the best highway network with its Interstates... Who am I kidding? China's working on kicking our ass in that department as well! On topic, this certainly seems to be a decent reason to get a smart phone.
We do have a few of those, but those are generally the "deli" type stores, that charge you an arm and a leg for groceries. It's fine if I want to get the odd item here and there, but I'd never buy an entire week's supply of groceries from somewhere like that. It would be probably $20 to $50 more expensive, and that's before any delivery fee is added. The virtual grocery store is nice because you don't have to lug around all your groceries throughout the store. You just pick them up at the end. Plus, I like going because I always end up running into something I forgot to put on my list.
That's a stupid comment, even for a dumbfuck like you. For example, the tsunami in Japan was so horrible, 12 Japanese men took 10 minutes off from work. Shame was brought to their families for doing so.
Last year we started couponing when my girlfriend lost her job and my income became our only source of income. I told her I made enough and not to worry about it but she wanted to feel like she was contributing and I have to admit the lady got damn good at clipping coupons, finding the best sale prices out of a dozen of stores, and ferreting out which days were double coupon days. She's now working again but we've kept doing the coupon things simply because it's kind of become a life style. It might sound boring but getting stuff for 30%-50% off actually becomes like a game where we compete to see who can save more. That's life in the burps I guess and we will no doubt embarrass the hell out of the kids if we ever get married.
Not for me. I plan to be a dad and have them come out of a mom. The bad news is, they will probably be the kids selling weed to your kids.
I'd be wary of getting dented cans, torn bags of flour, and smooshed toilet paper rolls - things I can easily avoid if I pick the items up myself. Not to mention all the fresh produce - I doubt some warehouse employee is going to select the best stuff for me as well as I do.
Your obvious troll is lazy. Anyway, this would work only in a big, congested high-population density to distance ratio type city. Think New York, London, Hong Kong, etc. Korea/Japan has often led the rest of the world in high-tech related innovations, so this very well might be a success.
Man, this would have really been helpful in the Soviet Union. I'll bet Cuba and North Korea could use it right now!
Cuba and NK do have it! Their choices are: tree bark (invasive transplants only) wish sandwich knuckle sandwich can o' whup-ass steaming cup of shut the hell up failed ideology casserole
I cannot think of many things wrt high tech which were actually innovated in Japan or South Korea. They do do an excellent job of seeing innovations other people come up with and figuring out how to marginally improve them and efficiently mass produce those items at a profit. I believe this is mainly to do with how those two countries have set up their education systems. They do an excellent job of teaching facts and training students in specialty skills (like engineering or the hard sciences or medicine, etc...) but economic risk taking (like starting up a new business based on a new invention or idea) and thinking outside the box in novel ways doesn't seem to be a strong point of their two education systems. I'm not sure how they'd change that but it does seem to hold true.
I average 65% to 80% off. I believe it would be higher if I didnt have a baby and three doggies, that makes it go up some Im addicted. Even if I won the lotto this week, I would still coupon, just because I think its cool I know. I know. Im the lamest chick ever
I do too. I figure if I can save half of what it would cost full price it's stupid not to take the time and set up a system. I've been using them for near thirty years. Go triple coupon days!
Not to brag but I just got 60$ worth of Mayebelline, Old Spice, and Loreal for 6 dollars ....And to add I got a 10$ mail in rebate for the Loreal...So Im up by $4 ... winning
I'll use coupons for stuff that I'm already buying, or use regularly. But I'm not going to buy a ton of processed crap just because I can get it cheap. And some of the places I shop don't really use coupons.
Yeah, but do they have virtual cashiers who talk to each other and ignore me like in real grocery stores!!!
