The Obama administration loathes the military and loathes having to use them - despite the fact that they seem to also love using them (while still loathing them). In other words, the administration is full on schitzophrenic. We'd be better with our village idiot (Jenee) in charge.
Also, it would seem to me, if I were leader of the free world, and hated the military, I'd start MORE WARS. Think of all the soldiers that would kill! Shit, might even get some generals picked off. Wouldn't that be what you'd want to do? If you hated something? Fucking ruin it, right? It would seem to me....
