    Shit, thats what happens when campaigns are based on how much money you can get and what to spend it on when it rolls in.

    America, please enact some kinds of laws that mitigate the problems caused by your presidential campaigns having access to hundreds of millions of dollars.

    This SHOULD be a complete anathema to anyone with half a brain, its basically using up massive amounts of money and only producing unutterable pointless shite of the highest order.

    Your elections would be so much better if every candidate was limited to a few million top in campaign funds. They might even try to get elected because they actually deserve it :shrug:

    I mean, maybe if Kennedy had spent seven years pissing around landing on the moon, then declared that landing on the moon wasn't important, then Nixon got into office and authorized a spectacular and flawless landing...maybe then you'd have a point.

    This ain't swift boating. There are a shit load of people in the special operations community and other groups that are plain out pissed off at the way the President has blow operational security in the name of trying to get political points. It's not an issue so much of him taking credit so much as he is taking credit by exposing information in a manner that blows operational security all to hell, thus endangering others who put their asses on the line every day.

    The SEALs have a valid reason to be pissed off. OPSEC is extremely important for them, as its the only thing keeping their families safe.

    These are guys putting their ass on the line every single day in countries where they're not even supposed to be. The Obama Administration should at least have the courtesy to shut the fuck about anything they do.

    Regarding Plane, look at who blew it. IIRC it wasn't the administration. Planet was also not a field officer. Still not cool, but a world of difference from this. The president, in his desire to look cool and like a tough guy is blowing OPSEC on CURRENT operations all on a desire to increase his chances of being reelected.
