I have my desktop wallpaper set up to rotate every 10 minutes through a folder with about 200 images in it. This is what I'm currently looking at...
I forgot, I'm also thinking pretty hard about switching it to this: http://wallbase.cc/wallpaper/309185 although the fact that this was uploaded with a winamp bar at the top of the image is frustrating.
That's great, but how do I get it in my resolution? My resolution is 1360x768, and I found that on wallbase, but it's not an option for this one. D:
I resized it and modified it to fit your resolution. http://img542.imageshack.us/img542/4737/drawnwallpaperscoffeean.jpg
This week: The Italian guided missile Destroyer Impavido, circa 1983. A fine ship, a reminder of a certain elegance that no longer exists in shipbuilding. Last week: A magical beast.
I hardly use my desktop to browse much anymore, but here is my smartphone wallpaper. Cropped of course...
The extremely well preserved Russian Mikhail Kutuzov, a Project 68bis Sverdlov class Light Cruiser. The Soviet Union built 14 of these fine cruisers, armed with 12 6in guns in 4 triple turrets and a speed of 33 knots. The fellow who took the picture tells me the main engines are not operational, which killed my "Russia using her for flag showing" suggestion to him out of the water.
