It's important to remember that implied consent os not based on you explicitely saying yes, but rather by your actions, namely:- 1) Agreeing to the board rules during your multiple sign up 2) Uploading your pictures to be hosted by the board's servers 3) Continuing to upload content after being a party to multiple discussions about use of content posted in the Green Room over months and/or years. So here are the rules as enumerated: Not a word in there about anything uploaded to Wordforge becoming property of Wordforge. Rule #2, however, does seem to suggest that you shouldn't be using other posters' IP without their permission, since that could, in fact, get the board into legal entanglements.
Board rules are posted above and elsewhere. Nowhere in them is consent for use or transfer of IP ownership implied. And once again, even if it was, you are not an agent of the board and would therefore benefit from no such condition. Not a condition under which copyright transfer occurs. Irrelevant.
