You all do know there is nothing illegal about being a member of a torrent site, right? And to answer the "well you will be investigated if you are on the list". No you won't LE has more interesting things to do than investigate everyone in a torrent site database. We did all of that when Lanzman handed over the keys. The only exception was Ted, and some of us argued to unban him, too, but there was apparently some real life stalking of a member, and ultimately, we decided in favor of that person's continued comfort in posting here. Borgs was let back in, and even posted for a short while and then wandered off. Lesbian Shoes might well be let back in, time will tell. I've already said we would entertain that if people thought he should be granted another reprieve. ETA: you can read all about the above in the shelter releases.
