    Not a bad idea.

    I know a lot of people are for rotating staff as much as possible, but that's because they have never done the job. Ancalagon is probably only now starting to understand the board and what it needs and wants in a leader. The board is better off when the staff knows what it's doing, regardless of who's doing the job.

    Simplest way to put for intellects like Flashlight's. Everyone else knows what I mean. Constantly having staff in the learning phase isn't the best situation for any board.

    Less than two weeks to go. Personally, I think there's less than a 50% chance one of the other "horsemen" will take over the center seat. Certainly none of them have stepped up to say "I'm gonna be the guy." I mean, if it's a done deal and there's to be a peaceful transition, why the subterfuge?
