Photographer Laure Fauvel has made a series of truly disturbing shots showing kids standing their ground with a gun in their hands. Source: http://www.laurefauvel.com/Terreurs.html
These kids are about to shoot and kill people (broadly speaking) whose only obvious fault is "being ugly". We don't know if the guys are dangerous, all we know is that they're demonized because of their looks. It's disgusting and hateful.
I wonder how much the NRA paid for this. It's a bunch of white kids who are about to murder dark people (broadly speaking) and seem to be enjoying it. Just look at the evil laughs.

    Fucking kids should've called 911.

So two photographs of kids pointing toy guns at make believe monsters constitutes a "series" and is "disturbing" to you?

So the pics are kids playing with toy guns - pointing them at monsters?
So what's the shooting blacks connection again?

Let's not make light of this. One of these kids might grow up to be another Hitler.

You should make up your mind, then, because that's what you wrote in the OP.

Then the mods should out you because you aren't very entertaining. :(

Was the tone really that hard to grasp or are you just a bit dense? I thought it was reasonably amusing. It's just a bunch of kids fighting their nightmares.

Or Ghandi - but most likely average middle class Joes. Back in the day kids used to play with toy guns all the time even at....hold on to your hat.....SCHOOL!
No cap guns (safety hazard) but BB guns around the neighborhood (I was smart enough to not partake in that). Funny one BB gun was the exact same size as an actual Winchester 30-30 lever action and no, it did not have a red or orange tip letting people know it was a toy. And imagine this - nobody freaked the hell out when they saw a kid with a BB gun.

Are you saying it's okay to shoot monsters? Haven't you seen Monsters, Inc?

As a serious side note: There's actually some "serious" discussion about this going on at dpreview. It's bizarre.

dpreview? but DP means.......you know. And a "review" would be discussing a movie about DP......maybe it's good some of these sites are filtered.

Not as bad as the ATM machine at the bank. So far I haven't seen anything on that screen but account information.
Maybe I need to stand in front of it longer, but that bank guard keeps giving me mean looks.

If you're ever walking in the savanna in Africa, and you see a lion? Don't be frightened because he looks "different" and has the stereotypical features of a predator; go up to him and introduce yourself. Perhaps you'll make a new friend...

(Incidentally, in the photos none of the "monsters" are even present in the room with the kids; they're all digital additions.)

Okay, either at some point you'll tell us this was supposed to be satire, or you're one of those "the only kids I'm exposed to are my nieces and nephews and I hate them all!" types.

Because kids have nightmares. And learning that they're strong enough to vanquish the monster under the bed is an important part of growing up. That this photographer chose to visualize the concept - and artistically at that - is to her credit.

I already posted that it was meant as light-hearted satire. It wasn't even meant as a troll attempt because the OP was so outlandish that I figured nobody would buy it. I wanted to put a smile on people's faces. I also like little kittens.
