Is "our" tax money paying for this new scientific wanna have, gotta have device (toy)? And why there? Why not northern Alaska? It has much cleaner air for better observation. But not of the beach and it's daytime inhabitants.

It is at the top of a very high mountain in a region with almost no light pollution which is known for having very still air so the stars twinkle less and you can make better observations. As an added bonus it is geographically far away from the big observatories in Europe, Asia, and the Americas so working together they can all maintain continously coverage of interesting celestial events despite the Earth spinning and other regions being in day time when observations can't be made. In essence it is at the right longitude and latitude with the right atmospheric conditions.

One of the reasons why I opted for the popular vote was so that those who felt they had grievances could have the chance to truly argue their case, and if they won, then the population simply did not want a new telescope. If they lost, well guys you tried, but the telescope is still being built. Everyone gets represented, everyone gets their voice.

Which we know won't happen. Even if you ramp up enforcement, they get released depending on where they reside (like my family member

I do have to agree with you on that point. There are a lot of people who like to feel important, and telling people no and getting in their way is often a way people feel a psychological award that says I am more powerful than that person even when they do not think about the solution.

One set of my grandparents are like that. They are retired and it seems like they are healthy because they are always walking around. However, it is not for being healthy. They walk around and look for anyone who is doing something slightly wrong, and then they call the police or other authorities even when it does not effect them or anyone else. I swear they used to move from place to place just because they needed to find people who would let them in so they could find out all the things they were doing wrong. Eventually they ran out of people who trusted them or even wanted to speak to them. These people are so fucking annoying my first year in college where they had a very strict no freshmen with parking pass rules that were almost impossible to get around even if you were handicapped. They annoyed the campus police so fucking much they sent me parking pass 0001 and told them not to bother asking the next year and just mailed me the new one. You either have to bribe the hell out of them, which my grandparents are cheapskates, or be that fucking annoying to pull some shit like that. They love that sort of shit and telling people how uber important they are, when really no one likes them and they just want to get rid of them. Of course they have moved to florida where they are now the cream of the annoying fucking entitled old people crop. I have such sympathy for anyone working where an old person can bitch at trem here.

Yeah fucking seriously. My grandfather on that side is an alcoholic and it is causing all sorts of problems for him with his hospital treatment. My grandfather on the other side is a roman catholic italian who was born over here as an anchor baby to immigrants who did not do the proper method of immigration which caused difficulty for the family. And the limey part is there because none of them were a part of english aristocrasy, yet there is some of that in there.

So yes they would be appropriate terms. Oh, and they also do hang tight onto the negative aspects of those stereotypes which is why I refer to them in that area. I do recognize they have given me a huge safety net and that their conservative nature has helped our family to move up to the upper middle class. However, they are all a bunch of modern whitebread bigots who do not recognize the value of hard working immigrants today who are very similar to their families back in the day. So despite my caring for them and recognition of how they have been there for me over the years, I do recognize the bigotry that will die with them, and the negative effects it has had on society. I am not a spoiled child who would let them face their dying years alone and without my support as they were there for me in my youth. I do love them for their presence and the way they have treated me through the years even in my transgendered nature. I am acutely aware that they have not been that way with others and have supported white pride and bigotry despite having experienced the difficulties those things brought them in their youth. I think you're missing the point anyhow. You're trying to be smart and pass it off as colourful language for expression, but there are many ways of doing that without the need for ethnic slurs.
