Gul, for "context" one could read the entire email chain start to finish so, no, the emails do not lack context. Come up with a better excuse for bad behavior. This is the problem with people like you; you condemn one side for doing something then excuse "your" side when they do similar stuff. Someone has to say enough is enough.
"I would be the bestest at math and science if only those evil nerds didn't talk about Star Trek and Monty Python! It is their fault I became a sociology major and can't find a job! "
Carville's the one who brought up the KGB, not me. Multiple times, BTW, and the anchor never correct him. http://www.realclearpolitics.com/vi...assault_by_comey_the_kgb_and_republicans.html
It's amusing how fast Democrats latched on to "the Red scare". Did you know Hollywood and government is full of Russian agents? Congress needs to hold hearings to root those people out and make them name names.
Oh, no, no, no, no. Don't kid yourself. If the DNC had worried more about what was best for the country, rather than ideological purity, we wouldn't be in this mess right now. Anybody looking at the situation objectively would have to recognize that Hillary's "damaged goods." Not because she's sick, unqualified, or a woman, but because the only people the Republicans hate more than the Obamas are the Clintons. There was no way that Hillary was going to have an easy time as President, unless Congress flipped to be 2/3rds Democratically controlled, which isn't going to happen this election cycle. Whatever flaws Bernie might have (and I'm sure they're legion, because every human has them in that number), he's not a Clinton. Which means he could have expected slightly less poo flung at him than Hillary can. But the DNC wanted Hillary, and now they have Hillary, so they're going to have to live with that choice. Assuming that Hillary wins the election, you're seeing but a small taste of what she can expect to have flung at her in the coming 4 years. I knew that if Hillary got the nomination we could expect to see the GOP pull out all the stops against her, but I didn't expect it to hit this soon. Regardless of who wins next week, we are so fucking boned.
I know quite a few hard-core conservatives that support Bernie (with big Bernie signs still up!) because despite his wacko socialist worldview, Bernie is honest. Honesty counts for a whole lot. In the universe of honesty, Hillary is pretty much a gamma-burst emitting, rotating black hole where the truth can't even escape.
In the last couple of days Trump's support among women has gone up 5%. Now Trump is polling better with single women than that unforgivable groping misogynist Mitt Romney was. Perhaps they secretly like having powerful billionaires grab their pussies, especially billionaires who run the Miss Universe pageant. IBD/TIPP poll The LA Times tracking poll has him leading outside the margin of error for only the third time in the race.
Reagan would be around where Kasich is, Kennedy probably right where Tum Kaine is (yes he effected a big tax cuts but effective rates were WAAAAAAAY higher in the 50's than they are now, 70% IIRC
did the letter carry any confidentiality conditions? Because Chaffez was on Twitter about it before it got fully out of the envelope
I have zero problem with Mills getting the hit for this - the e-mails were supposed to have been gone before the request and she may have been the one who orchestrated the eventual destruction - IF it can be proven in a court of law that any actual laws were broken. What Cheryl Mills did != what Hillary Clinton did in the eyes of the law.
the clips folks like gturner whack off to lack context. Gotta love the poor sad individuals who pour over thousands of dull and boring nothing-burger e-mails searching for the two-sentence nugget they can pull out and clip away to make it look - in their minds - villainous...particularly when even then it's almost always perfectly ordinary politics.
must be tough being so blind that you think anyone is building the anti-Trump case only on "he says mean things" Keep rocking the blinders.
Carville is just one blowhard saying one dumb thing? Hell, you could print out every idiotic thing Rudy Gulliami said all buy himself and bury Carville in the paper you'd use
Truthfully, it's not even really about Bernie. Seems to me the DNC decided long ago it was "her turn" ala Dole in '96 and almost everyone else deferred to her. The primary voters didn't really have a viable alternative because she had sucked all the money and influence out of the room, although it would have been interesting to watch if Biden had wanted it.
I have no doubt Joe wanted it, I also don't doubt that he was given plenty of hints that the party wouldn't back him over Hillary so he should just give up on such ideas.
