The Russians didn't give the emails to wikileaks. Wikileaks got them from the NSA and the FBI.

Using the Russians as a scapegoat is just a convenience.

    http://www.realclearpolitics.com/vi...ctment_likely_in_clinton_foundation_case.html

Fox News Channel's Bret Baier reports the latest news about the Clinton Foundation investigation from two sources inside the FBI. He reveals five important new pieces of information in these two short clips:

    1. The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far and has been going on for more than a year.

    2. The laptops of Clinton aides Cherryl Mills and Heather Samuelson have not been destroyed, and agents are currently combing through them. The investigation has interviewed several people twice, and plans to interview some for a third time.

    3. Agents have found emails believed to have originated on Hillary Clinton's secret server on Anthony Weiner's laptop. They say the emails are not duplicates and could potentially be classified in nature.

    4. Sources within the FBI have told him that an indictment is "likely" in the case of pay-for-play at the Clinton Foundation, "barring some obstruction in some way" from the Justice Department.

    5. FBI sources say with 99% accuracy that Hillary Clinton's server has been hacked by at least five foreign intelligence agencies, and that information had been taken from it.

It's crunch time for the Clinton Crime Family.

    Forget the election.

Everyone always knew the charity was a sham, a fraud, a front for the Clinton Crime Family. It was only a matter of connecting dots and fighting off obstruction from leftists in the DOJ.

Notice how they carefully avoid saying who would be indicted in a pay-for-play but they also expect to be obstructed by the DOJ.

Only two people could be in a position to pay-for-play with the charity: Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton.

I don't think it would be Chelsa since it appears when she showed up she raised hell over what was happening because she didn't know her parents are crooks and the Clinton's employees didn't like her for it. She was pushed to the side by mommy and daddy.

So Hillary gets elected as the first woman president and she gets indicted as the first woman president. Also she becomes the first woman president to resign in disgrace and possibly the first president to actually go to jail but I think President Kaine would pardon her and doom his presidency to one term.

Huma apparently had most of the 33,000 e-mails Hillary ordered deleted in a file called "Life Insurance".

I haven't seen much resembling bad behavior in those e-mails. It's political business as usual. I can certainly respect the point of view that it shouldn't be done that way. But I can't condemn a candidate for doing the same thing all the others do. That's the point that apparently sailed right over your head. If somebody doesn't vote for her over the e-mails, then they had better not vote at all. Otherwise they are a naive hypocrite. Find a better reason, one that actually distinguishes her from another candidate. That, I have no problem with. But this OMG, she's a politician being a politician!!!! finger pointing is inane.

Honestly as far as plausible outcomes of this election go, there aren't a lot of better ones. The only better ones I see involve Gary Johnson or (maybe) Evan McMullin somehow winning in the House.

Except, of course, there's nothing even vaguely plausible about that outcome. Clinton is not going to resign just because in right-wing fantasies she's some sort of mastermind criminal, yet simultaneously staggeringly incompetent. The paranoid delusions people have about Clinton are never going to force her to resign. She's at worst an ordinary politician, and at best she's so squeaky clean that 25 years of constant investigations by her enemies can't turn up shit worth shit.

The emails are literally the worst thing turned up about her, and those are trivial.

When Clinton wins, get used to the idea of eight years of her as President.

Probably not. Like Rome before the fall of the Empire, the Weimar Republic, and Russia before the Revolution, the government will be more obsessed with the legitimacy of who holds the highest office, that they'll neglect the actual nation they're supposed to be running. Unless (and I don't see this as at all likely) the Dems gain control of Congress in 2018 (assuming Hillary wins this year), whomever the Republicans run in 2020 (and whomever that is, they'll be following the Trump playbook) is going to get the job, if for no other reason than people are sick of the constant investigations and blocking of Hillary and will hand things over to the Republicans.

And exactly how did they do that?

Also, today Assange said "It. Is. Not. The. Russians."

That's because the leaks probably came from US Intelligence, plus Romania and perhaps 192 other UN member countries. Hillary was leaking like a sieve.

We also know that leaks are coming from the FBI.

    UK Guardian

'The FBI is Trumpland': anti-Clinton atmosphere spurred leaks, sources say

Deep antipathy to Hillary Clinton exists within the FBI, multiple bureau sources have told the Guardian, spurring a rapid series of leaks damaging to her campaign just days before the election.

Current and former FBI officials, none of whom were willing or cleared to speak on the record, have described a chaotic internal climate that resulted from outrage over director James Comey’s July decision not to recommend an indictment over Clinton’s maintenance of a private email server on which classified information transited.

“The FBI is Trumpland,” said one current agent.

This atmosphere raises major questions about how Comey and the bureau he is slated to run for the next seven years can work with Clinton should she win the White House.

The currently serving FBI agent said Clinton is “the antichrist personified to a large swath of FBI personnel,” and that “the reason why they’re leaking is they’re pro-Trump.”

The agent called the bureau “Trumplandia”, with some colleagues openly discussing voting for a GOP nominee who has garneredunprecedented condemnation from the party’s national security wing and who has pledged to jail Clinton if elected.

    She cannot govern.

I love how Trump keeps babbling that the Presidential Election is rigged.

    OK!

Let's take The Grand Master Troll at his word then, & The Election's rigged!

Now let's say The Oompa Loompa wins The Election next Tuesday.

Now, taking his babble at face value, in that event, the only conclusion would be that Trump BOUGHT the Presidential Election!

Trump keeps puking that same pablum ad nauseum regarding the Presidential Election being rigged, so how will he square that nonsense should he win Tuesday?

    Well, he won't have to!

No matter WHAT teh donold says, does, whatever, The Trump Faithful just will NEVER change their minds about him ... EVER!

Hopefully, some current of common sense will prevail and Clinton will emerge Champion Standing Tuesday night :techman:

Among the e-mail trove is a gem about how some thief stole a 2 terabyte hard drive containing the personal information on everybody who worked in the Clinton White House.

    Polizette story

State Dept. Emails: Clinton White House Data Stolen From National Archives
Emails recovered from Clinton's private server show massive data theft in 2009, possibly SSN's of every admin official

It's like taking candy from a baby. Is there any information our enemies didn't steal under the watch of the world's most incompetent and corrupt person?

I guess you haven't visited North Carolina, where Republicans just got smacked around by a judge for requesting information about which voting options were most commonly used by African-American voters, and then passing a law targeting those options with laser-like precision.

The hidden cameras are key because they'll allow the identification of people who are voting multiple times, and those people can be sent to prison. Prison is one of the best ways to stop the fraud of multiple voting.

She won't get a second term.

And she'll be lucky at this rate to get half a first term.

You might want to get used to that.

Oh, if she's elected, she'll serve her complete term. Because of the way districts are gerrymandered, it's all but impossible for control of Congress to flip overwhelmingly to one party or the other. Without near total domination of the Senate, there's no way that the Republicans will be able to remove her, and whatever wrongs she might have done, the FBI won't find enough to arrest Hillary. Her underlings? Yeah, some of them might go to jail, but I doubt even that.

They already have enough to put her in jail for the rest of her life.

Aside from the e-mail investigations, the IRS office in Dallas is also set to crush the Clinton Foundation.

Good luck with that. Unless you can prove she stole from rich people (ala Bernie Madoff), then she's going to walk. Because that's how things work with the wealthy in America. Unless you steal from the rich, if you're wealthy, you've got a license to do whatever you want.

    Meanwhile, another leak
