    1) The only emails they were interested involve Hilary.
    2) A number of the emails will have been duplicated on the server, and would've been filtered out.
    3) A number of the emails they'll already have had, from Hillary's server.

It was Weiners personal emails, therefore the majority of his emails would have been unlikely to have been pertinent to Hillary, so you've filtered a good 90% of the emails almost right away.
Strip out the dupes on the server. Strip out the dupes of the emails gained from Hillary's server, which they already have, and that'll be 50-90% of the remaining 10%, leaving a reasonable assumption of them having just 1%-5% of the emails to check.

    Not a lot really.

Now I know you're a octowit, and you're going to flap your cockhole because you have to relentlessly prove what a giant fucking imbecile you are, so go ahead and invent some silly shit like a chimp tossing its shit at the laughing visitors behind the glass.

Oh, and as a note, whilst I don't do data forensics, I have worked with private companies that do, so I'm typing as someone who has actually seen this at work.

They weren't actually interested in any emails. They were interested in anything that might move the needle on the election, and actual emails weren't relevant.

Besides, if they were interested in emails they would have immediately asked Albedin or Weiner for consent to read the emails, which they probably would have gotten and couldn't possibly have hurt since the computer involved was in FBI custody. Sitting on them, then making a big public announcement, then asking a court for a dubious warrant that never should have been issued--there was no cause, probable or otherwise, to believe the emails related to criminal activity by Clinton--were the actions of people looking to time a vacuous press release to most significantly affect the election, not the actions of people actually caring about the contents of those emails.

If the had FBI thought there was evidence of criminal activity in those emails, or even if they thought there was content likely to be substantially embarrassing to Clinton, they'd have read them a lot sooner. They knew for sure that there was no there there, which is why they didn't bother making a serious effort to read them until they were forced to because of the reaction to their political stunt.

Wednesday morning should be housecleaning time at the FBI.

But they didn't get e-mails from Hillary's server. She wiped it with BitBleach, remember?

The copies they had were printed on paper. Agents were given boxes of paper copies of e-mails. Do you think the FBI employed a bunch of agents to meticulously type tens of thousands of e-mails back into a computer?

Question 2: If the FBI shows up to seize copies of all your e-mails, do you think they'd be okay with you giving them 17 boxes of paper?

The rest of us would be burning in legal hell for pulling something like that. Hillary just gets away with it because laws don't apply to her.

Fantasies are generally a lot more coherent than the disjointed, mutually contradictory, farcical delusions that make up gturner's effluvium.

After Hillary wins tomorrow he's just going to be ranting that Trump really won, Hillary is going to be arrested by a legion of TRUE PATRIOTS any day now or more pathetically that Trump is really the President and only he can see it.

As he's stated before, he's actually going to hope that Americans start killing other Americans over the result while he sits back in his rental apartment doing nothing like the internet coward that he is.

Because when you really get down to it, @gturner is just a little bitch.

gturner was probably the kid who would throw the boardgame across the room as soon as he realized he was losing or more likely didn't know what he was doing.

Exactly right, but you missed the important detail that it would happen when he was playing the game by himself because he had no friends.

Actually, on Saturday I was chatting with some police and was being asked about parts for a Browning M1919 in .308 that I sold. I said, "No problem, but you'll need it working by Tuesday!" :D

Then I ended up chatting with Representative Andy Barr's campaign manager about rifle calibers and infantry combat tactics. He did two tours in Afghanistan with the Marines.

I'll readily allow that Bill Clinton milked every dollar he could out of the "former president" racket, so much so that it leaves a foul odor in the "appearance of corruption" sense.

That doesn't necessarily mean there was genuine pay-to-play to any greater extent than is common in Washington.

Also, IIRC, I believe that net worth is grossly overstated. But I don't remember the exact figure offhand.

    Seriously dude?

They've documented that the Trump Foundation paid for everything from his son's boy scout dues, to prizes he promised on the Apprentice, to 6 foot high self portraits. If you are REALLY worried about self-dealing from a Foundation (highly doubtful) then you are no better off because at worst you just discovered the Clinton's doing what everyone (but you?) already knew Trump has been doing for years.

oh, and people plead the fifth ALL THE TIME because they quite rightly suspect that law enforcment can be really skilled at talking you into incriminating yourself.

Take the Central Park Five, for example, who were eventually cleared by DNA evidence but Donald Trump thinks they should still be in jail anyway because reasons.

If you think the FBI or whoever is obsessed with getting SOMEBODY then you take the fifth and hope like hell they offer you an immunity deal. I'd do it, and I don't even know those people.

Because they only screened these for those to and from Clinton herself, they didn't look at every single one.

They have a record of what they have seen, then ran a simple program which weeded out those they had already seen, then scanned the rest for to/from Clinton (or the other way round) and were left with a manageable number (which may even have been "zero")

You are forgetting the 30,000 she turned over. The right wing puppet masters don't want you to remember (or know in the first placve) that they sorted through her mail for relevant mail, as opposed to irrelevant private stuff, and the "missing 33,000" that were wiped out were the latter. The former were turned over.

Yes, there was pay-to-play to an extent greater than any ever seen in all of Washington's history - combined.

We send Congressmen to jail for $10,000 schemes. Hillary's schemes raked in over $2,000,000,000, and she somehow just lost $6,000,000,000 at the State Department. Nobody has yet figured out where that money went, but it's probably in her garage in Chappaqua.

Washington's largest corruption scandal, Teapot Dome, involved only $6.6 million. Hillary's scandal is 300 times bigger.

And yet the DoJ is saying it may take until 2020 for them to sort through all her e-mails. Yet Comey did a greater number in just eight days.

When the corrupt administration officials want to hide Hillary's e-mails they have them examined one-by-one by a near-sighted tree sloth.
When they want to claim that there's nothing to be found in Hillary's e-mails they zip through them like David Blaine doing a card trick.

The paperwork for $6 Billion in government contracts was missing or misfiled, not the money itself. Do you believe every shitty conspiracy you see? Is Hillary a lizard person too?
