I think I’ve been clear regarding my opinion of Joe Biden. I think he’s an OK dude who harbors some deeply rooted stereotypical notions, but I believe he means well.

There’s an old saying... Democrats want to fall in love while Republicans fall in line. It is what it is.

The dems and the reps have really gone down the same road to an extreme that I cannot condone either side. We have an election where the dems could run one of their best and run some of their best for congress and create a much better government. Instead their view is how corrupt and low can we go. I think in 2016 the republicans had a chance to run a the same type of candidate and they chose donald trump. Both of these events showed me they will do everything in their power to get the most corrupt and awful person in their ranks in charge. That person's job will be to hold the ranks against change and a better country, and a better world.

That goal has become so plainly obvious on both sides that I can't blow enough smoke up my own ass to think there is any redeemable qualities in either establishment. I don't see it in the dems anymore. I may see it in individuals who the parties seem to stop whenever they try to do some good. I think some people wanted good health care and that is why the ACA was created, but they destroyed that and used it to funnel more money to the insurance companies. I think a few people want to help the poor and middle class to have more, but they turn it into a giant scheme to make the wealthy more wealthy and redistribute wealth away from those who need it. I see the dems as not only completely complicit in this, but also supporting it with their majority. Joe Biden is a long established part of that.

The enemy of our enemy is not our friend when they agree we are the enemy.

I am also saying the dems are no better at all. Joe is a creepy touchy feely racist who harasses black people for what he considers being black. There is no good choice. They both actively put down any decent choice. Whatever ios motivating them to do that we can speculate on, but it happens. Amaris may not think himself great, but I think he researches the factors in the situation and judges with wisdom and empathy. I voted for Gore in 2000. I would vote for anyone who ran on issues most important to me. If they check 8 of 10 boxes that are most important, right or left, that's who I'm voting for. Simple. It's not, ahem, black and white.
