Yes, they should have come up with a more realistic name like Jek Porkins, Kit Fisto, Dud Bolt, Elan Sleazebaggano,
    URoRRuR'R'R, or Paodok’Draba’Takat Sap’De’Rekti Nik’Linke’Ti’ Ki’Vef’Nik’NeSevef’Li’Kek.

Elan Sleazebaggano. That's one of my favorites.

Jek Porkins is pretty good. Of COURSE the "fat" pilot is named "Porkins". How could it have been any other way?

Well, another formulaic video game-like episode where the characters progress linearly to some objective in order to unlock the next level. At least the action sequences were good. The explosive convoy was a nice riff on The Wages of Fear.

I'm surprised they revealed Mando's face; I'd rather they kept the mystery.

Loved seeing Bill Burr again, and glad he survived the episode (was worried there for a moment). I hope he comes back.

Boba Fett seemed like a second stringer in this ep, but at least his armor's been fixed up.

Man, they've got a lot of plot threads to tie up in the last episode.
    I fear we're getting a season cliffhanger.

    Shit, I'd forgotten.

Edit: this is only the second time the audience has seen his face, though.

I expect post Grogu, the show is going to focus on the reclamation/reunification of Mandalore. We've gotten three disparate factions introduced this season...

This show has been the best thing about Star Wars since Disney bought the rights.

It actually does a good job of tying all three trilogies together.

I liked Boba’s comment about how they would recognize his face...

Also liked seeing him use the same weapon Jango Fett used in Episode II.

totally, which is how I wonder they'll evolve it or hand it off.
They've blown the bucks on some big enough name cameos to see how we respond. Ahsoka was a gimmie for a back door pilot, but Katee Sackhoff, Ming Na Wen, etc? Those aren't throw aways, they're universe building for S4-5 in case Pascal/Djarrin isn't marketable without the muppet.

wouldn't you need a Beskar hammer to repair Beskar dents (which - how did THAT happen anyway?) or am I missing something?

There isn't going to be a Season 5. This show is only going for (at most) 4 seasons, as per the creative team.

I hope we see Ahsoka join the team for the rescue mission.

Mando has seen what she can do and she already has a strong connection with Grogu... it would be crazy to not include her in the mission. She would help out for sure. And maybe Gideon could give her a lead to Grand Admiral Thrawn.

Also it would be disappointing if we only got to see her once this season after all the hype.

Of course it is still has to be Mando’s show but if they are planning an assault on a Star Destroyer they need a heavy hitter.

Would be interesting if Bo Katan joined up also. We know she is looking for Gideon and the Darksaber anyway. Kill two birds with one stone.

easily done at the moment as both birds are on the same ship/in the same place.

Be surprised if contacting her isn't in the opening bit.

Those little imperfections somehow make the physical models more lifelike. That was a dead giveaway on CGI early on: it was too perfect.

That clinches it. Jeremy Bulloch/Jason Wingreen were a way more badass Boba Fett.

    RIP Bulloch.

Just watched the finale......HOLY SHIT!!! That was good. The ending was perfect with a great surprise twist. I admit to getting teary-eyed.

Oh, and there's a post-credits scene that should make all Star Wars fan boys spooge with glee. ;)
