1. The sports the CHUDS are so "worried" about have weight classes. That nullifies any "advantage".
2. We JUST had The Daily Wire faceplant with trying to have a documentary about men in wigs trying to get on a woman's team, and fail, because a trans-woman has to prove they're on hormones. The bigot fairy tale isn't fucking happening.

If you read the article the competition was for 16+. So if you do not like the age thing, you need to take that up with the people of the competition.

The second thing is this is not a man. This is a woman with breasts and a vagina. This is not some dude going into the changing room with some girls pretending. The changing room for women is where a person with a female body would be changing.

Third off the girls who think their teenage body is some sort of sacred thing that no one should ever see because it is some prize are a little bit fucked in the head. This idea that seeing some naked body parts is some sort of goal of life where the people who get to see the most are the most succesful leads to an association that leads to this perverted need to see naked people. It is just body parts. There is no harm because someone sees your body parts in a bathroom or changing room. In the end if you are so mental that you have a fucking mental breakdown because someone saw your boobies and cooter you need a changing room with a locked door.

Those girls need to stay the fuck out of changing rooms because they are projecting some serious sexual dysfunction when they tell us everyone is there to see their naughty bits and not to change clothing. This is all on them, and they need to go find a private area to change. It is not up to everyone else to leave the women's changing area because they have a problem. It is up to the people with the psychological problem of changing in front of others to find a private space. You do not go to a nudist area and get mad and try to kick out the ugly nudists because you don't want people you don't want t3o date seeing you naked.

You should be as worried about this as you are about thieving pervy leprechauns - because they are equally real.

As awful as these bans at, are least they expose that fact that it's not ACTUALLY about competitive advantage since at a bare minimum none exists before puberty but rather just about naked bigotry hiding behind a transparent fig-leaf that only "fools" those who wanted to be bigots in the first place.

Why is a 50-year-old competing against teenagers? Did she go back for a high school diploma?

In my high school they regularly had a competition in the high school for co-ed volleyball. The female volleyboall team would always compete. There was no competition, they always won even when up against the male athletes who thought they would be ringers because they played volleyball in rec leagues. It was a fucking blowout every fucking time.

My mother, who was short, played rec volleyball into her 50's was considered one of the best players in her co-ed beach volleyball league. They had some competitive all male teams and she could not be relied upon to spike or block. She could receive, serve, and set with accuracy.

A strong male in volleyball is actually a weakness you can exploit because they cannot set and often hit the ball wildly and out of bounds. The hight helps, and so does the height you can jump, but the power is actually a detriment if the dude cannot control it. I know, because I used to play, and you never pick the strong guy used to powering through everything because he cannot keep it inbounds, so he cannot receive at all. Any team with accuracy slams it at that oaf every fucking time because he always fucks up.

Some of you assholes do not even know how to play the sports you bitch about.

I do not know exactly why they have a 16+ competition, but I would assume inclusion and that moist rec players go into ameteur competitions for trophies and fun with maybe a small cash award.

I have played in amateur bowling, volleyball, paintball, and billairds co-ed competitions. For the sake of getting teams and competitors they often put all the post high school people together. At 16 I was playing in adult volleyball leagues which did not allow younger kids. It was a sport I liked and my parents played also so it would keep us out of trouble smoking cigarettes and doing dumb ass teen things.

Here is the fucking thing, most adults play co-ed games. It is a great way to socialize and meet people. It can be competitive. Yes, there are always those who are the ringers and most people are not the high scorers. The gay bowling leagues I was in always allowed me to bowl against the women. It was a guaranteed win for me because there were not a lot of women bowlers. As a trans person who was taking hormones and losing strength because I did not exercise to keep muscle mass, I dropped off like a rock. I chose to play vs. the men because I was there to throw the ball down the lanes and have a blast.

Here is where toxic competition ruins the joy of playing. In paintball I could roll out and destroy most non-competative players back in the day, even on hormones. I just happened to be gifted in being able to target while moving and the target was moving. I also can see how a field works and people move. I got recruited by teams from just seeing me play. I learned that it was fun to win, but it was more fun to have fun and meet people. Our crew would pick the losing team in big games when we knew the game organizer was cheating for the winning team because their story relied on the winning team progressing. We played the villains hard core. I even got on fields with no gun and played scenarios and capture the flag with no weapon and was vitasl to my team's success.

It is the game. Inclusion is important. Being wanted in the game even when you are a weak player is important to coming back and playing. Being willing to play a game and lose every fucking time, but enjoy playing with your friends is a great thing. I would get on a team with a bunch of handicapped and down syndrom people if they would have me. Not to outshine them or be better than them, but to play with them and have fun with them. Just to show they are part of my community and I am glad to have them. It is a far better more fun thing than any trophy or win I have.

So despite the right-wing outrage machine doing its best to act like she was horning in on some kind of kids' competition, this sounds like a rec league type thing where everybody who's 16 or older gets lumped into a generic "adult" category. And she didn't even win -- presumably she was beaten by some athletic teen or twentysomething, as most middle-aged people would be.

There are local tournaments like this all the time. Yes, they seed higher level tournaments, but that does not mean the local level winners are even competitive. I have actually been around some pro players in paintball and bowling. I know you can fish out some local stories where maybe there is a trans person who is dedicated can win. For instance if I played in a female paintball league I would probably be a ringer back in the day. But I was good in any competition, and there was not much benefit to being male in paintball. It is not a sport where physical contact should ever be any part of the game. It just would have less women playing, and that is why the female competitions would be easier.

When you go down to mental competition games, the men's leagues are stacked with shit playing guys who do not want to get beat by women. You go play Canasta or Bridge competitively and women use male toxicity to throw male competitors off their game. I fucking play with old lesbians and they love turning a toxic male into a dumbass because they play good. They also do not care for shit women players who mung up the women's leagues because they think that will be a less competitive area.

So here's another twisted story. 5th place swimmer/grifter Gaines is running with this based on a VERY tenuous string of claims. Supposedly someone saw an LA Times mini-doc about a nine year old trans girl playing vollyball and there was a name on the ball which the associated with this girl, concluded that she's trans, proceeded to out her and Gaines claims get her scholarship pulled.

In point of fact we don't know that the pictured girl IS trans (no remotely mainstream source including Fox has even touched it, just fringe reactionary sites. Moreover if she is, then there's no reason to not assume that she never experienced male puberty and if that's the case there's no issue of unfairness. But they are trying to ruin her life anyway.
