Heard about yoga, but never really cared what it involved...until now.

Will this help get kids off the couch and start learning a new sport, even if technique is demonstrated pretty shoddily?

Is Yoga really a sport? It seems more like stretching, and is stretching a sport, or what you do before a sport?

Stretching into certain positions can definitely be sporting. I have a certain... bedroom athlete in mind

I started taking classes 3 months ago. It's improved my range of motion and dexterity. Plus I get to ogle girly parts when they're closing their eyes meditating.

Downward Dog is especially edifying however Happy Baby can be illuminating.

    Namaste.

I've done a bit but I'm the least stretchy person to ever exist. I like the meditative aspects better.

Same. But, more I meditate, the more I want to stretch..
