    No, it doesn't. Those types of bits are so generic that they are almost boiler plate graduation speeches. "We want to raise our kids to succeed!" kind of stuff.

    Doubtful, since speechwriters at that level are political operatives, and outside of Dick Morris, most of them stick with candidates from a single party.

    I wouldn't rule out both speechwriters having cribbed from the same source material, though.

    It'd be pretty ironic if it were Joe Biden.
