Well, we wouldn't want to elect a President who the Arabs don't like. Best to stick to Hillary, who gets tens of millions of dollars from Arab regimes that execute homosexuals. Heck, they gave Bill $1 million dollars just as a birthday present.

But if they are being partisan, then they aren't necessarily the good fairy you think they are. Do you know their motivation? Do you know whether they've uncovered things that would lead people to see Clinton more favorably? Do you know whether they've found things on Trump but withheld that? You have no real reason to trust them, and from my vantage point, it looks a lot like you simply enjoy the fact that they are interfering with US sovereignty. I can understand that feeling of schadenfreude, but that doesn't mean their actions are pure and holy.

I love this doublethink gturner is trying to present of Hillary simultaneously being a corrupt political genius and yet so brain-damaged she has trouble with basic mental functions.

    Two options present themselves:

    1) she's a corrupt political genius DESPITE severe brain damage, in which case, holy shit, vote her in just for the lucid days and she'll fuck all America's enemies so hard in the ass their eyes will pop out.

    2) gturner is full of shit.

Of course, the two are not mutually exclusive.

Contrast this to Trump, who would need to be dosed with 5 tons of ritalin before you could get him to focus on anything beyond Twitter or his cock, and even then wouldn't actually understand the topic. A man who his own wife admits has such poor impulse control he can be baited by Billy Bush, the Pope, the aforementioned brain-damaged Hillary, Howard Stern, Venezualan whores and very possibly 12-year olds on social media.

Hillary only has to be lucid for several hours a day to send all those e-mails and make all those catastrophically bad decisions. The trouble is, the Presidency is not a job for someone who can't stay vertical more than a few hours at a time.

As much a he protest to the contrary, Rick has spent over a decade exhibiting classic anti-American sentiment, with this just being the latest example. His denials of this are total lies.

And being Irish, he can't help himself.

I'm not sure where this "pure and holy" impartial ideal comes from and why you expect it to apply to Wikileaks.
They have always had a very clear political agenda. A large corollary to that is hostility to US foreign policy and the people who make it. (Hilary Clinton is one of those.) I am in agreement with the agenda. Obviously others won't, but it's a very clear agenda.

Trump is a disagreeable and stupid cunt but he is not a serious political operator and for all purposes he will be gone in a couple of months. Hilary represents the actual centre of establishment power with which Wikileaks has problems. She's a much more relevant long-term target thus it makes sense that they attack her.

Hillary can't speak without a podium or speak "in the round". And that was in 2009.

It sounds crazy, but they actually have a better record on breaking Democrat political scandals than the mainstream press.

    They broke the Clinton/Lewinsky story.

They broke the John Edwards story.

If this proof they have can stand up to scrutiny it would be a major bombshell on the Clinton campaign.

But it better be some damn good proof.

The Secretary of State of Ohio is the leading passenger on that fail train:

Responding to a tweet from user @randygdub, who wrote Sunday that he loves “ripping up absentee ballots that vote for trump” from his perch as a postal worker in Columbus, the Buckeye State’s secretary of state weighed in.

“I’ve contacted @USPS about posts alleging destruction of absentee ballots,” John Husted wrote on Twitter on Monday evening. “We’ll get the facts & if true, hold anyone guilty accountable.”

Yeah it was Drudge. My mistake.

Still if the Enquirer has rock solid proof it's going to be bad for her.

They probably have something pretty solid.

One of the reasons that they break Democrat sex scandals that the mainstream media doesn't is that they're not in "journalism" to advance socialism, they're in it for the money, and sleaze sells. Another reason is that mainstream journalists wouldn't dare break a story that might hurt a major Democrat candidate because it would destroy their careers and they'd end up working for The National Enquirer. And a third reason is that tabloids have no qualms about paying sources a fuck ton of money. One of the reasons they show more due diligence than the mainstream media is that they don't want to get conned by all the con men who claim they have the dirt on some celebrity and want a bunch of money for it. Whereas NBC/CBS,CNN didn't spend 10 minutes vetting any of the women accusing Trump of kissing or groping, the Enquirer has probably spent weeks verifying this guy's bonafides/

You realize these leaks are intended to help Trump win the presidency, right?
Then why didn't they attack her when she was up against Sanders in the primaries? Or why not wait until she gets elected and leak everything then, subjecting her administration to increased scrutiny from day one?

Wikileaks is being used by the Russians to try to tip the election for Trump. Why do you think that might be? And do you really not have similar issues with Putin? :chris:

I don't really care. Firstly because they won't. And secondly because the public right to know is a higher principle.

I'd prefer that they had aided Sanders, personally. He was a candidate actually worth voting for for his own sake. But there are all sorts of other possible motivations on Assange's part than wanting to further Putin's agenda.

How not to prepare for an interview - with Howard Dean.

Hillary's scandals are coming so fast it's like drinking from a firehouse, and Dean was about three or four episodes behind.

He should have ended with "The American soldiers are beating themselves with shovels and committing suicide everywhere!"
