I hate to lie. But I realize there are times when it is expected. I just have never been able to do it. :(

I took some test in March and I didn't get a score back on it. I know I did well on it, but there is no score recorded. Today the instructor e-mailed me, asking what score he gave me. (Don't ask. :garamet: )

If I was smart I'd just say "A 92%." But I'll probably tell him the truth. Then he'll wind up having to try and dig up the tests again--and I think he mailed them off to Virginia--or make me retake the test. :(

Ooh. If I say "I think you gave me a 92%, that covers everyone's butts." :diacanu:

Yup. I got out my notes and wrote "92%" in the margins. Then I was able to truthfully say "I don't remember getting a grade, but I just went through my notes and I found a 92% written in the margins. Does that sound right for a grade?" Problem solved. :techman:

Should I keep my thoughts to myself about honor, etc.?
