I am not advocating for the thread to be locked, @gturner wasn't banned for no reason, the story being repeated isn't about that, I am not threatened, and I am not arguing that the thread needs to be locked.

@Christopher Having read the shelter release thread on this topic I can see two absolutely glaring errors which need to be resolved.

1) @Ancalagon blatantly lied and made up the claim that GTurner some how "admitted" to being a troll who's goal was to get banned. We have gone over the exact quotes in at least two different threads including links to the originals at troll kingdom and they said absolutely nothing remotely like the claims Anc made. The man was full of shit and just fabricated that excuse whole cloth. We are not talking about an honest mistake or a misunderstanding, Anc fucking lied and made it all up start to finish.

2). The vary fact that non owners/non moderators got votes is a problem. Especially since several of the people who voted to keep GT were the abusers who broke site rules and banned him to begin with. Non owner/non moderators votes should not count at all and anyone remotely involved in the shit show of banning GT needs to be recused from any involvement what so ever in this decision.

The only conceivable rule breakage was after the stealth banning when John lied and claimed he had never threatened to permabanned GT if he told anyone about the stealth banning. So GT shared his login so everyone could see exactly what John had written in PM. Low and behold John had threatened to permaban GT if he told anyone, he was caught lying red handed, and so John's further lies that it had just been an accident just are not believable. Once a liar always a liar and John is a liar.

This is why this injustice needs to be righted.

No, @gturner sharing PMs was neither merely conceivable nor the only rule violation, but actual and one of (at least) three. And incidentally, the PMs didn't say what you claim.
