If you weren't a complete moron -- or, alternately, if you weren't so committed to being deliberately obtuse -- you'd understand that the first was intended to avoid tying up emergency responders with additional calls (you know, because our health care system had a few things on its mind), and that the second stemmed from the fact that packing a whole bunch of people into a room and having them sing together is a really good way to spread a respiratory disease. (Bonus points for churchgoers skewing older, and thus being at higher risk than the rest of the population.)
