    Well, that article certainly reads a lot better than the graph. I'm guessing that if Pixar has a only a 2.3% PBE rate, then they're improperly reporting under-2 kids as under-vaccinated to the DPH, like it's almost explicitly said Cisco is.

    I think there was some questions about whether the state figures counted infants or not.

    Why would they? If they are under one year of age you can't vaccinate them.

    They're not usually counted, but perhaps someone just went off the reports from the day care centers, some of which might have not known that you don't count the infants. It seems rather odd that one major tech firm would have almost 100 percent vaccination and one down the street would only have 43 percent, as if we're looking at a case of bad journalism.
